All of our DVD driven life skills training programs include free phone consultation with Worldview Publishing, Inc. regarding appropriate system-wide implementation and interventions. Although the Right Choices™ and Tough Choices programs are designed to be extremely user-friendly, customized training is available. Training is designed to help the practitioner easily integrate the curriculums into existing mission statements, positive behavior support programs, school improvement plans, parent involvement plans and existing discipline programs.

The model for training of trainers consists of:

1. Building a Rationale for Social and Emotional Skills Training (Teacher and Client Buy-In)

2. Demonstration of the Program. A quick overview of the plug and play curriculum elements in a fun interactive style as the trainees become students.

3. Extensive Experiential Practice with all phases of the program in a fun interactive style as the trainees become students and compete for prizes while becoming familiar with all of the lessons and training issues from a students viewpoint.

4. Transfer of Training Opportunities are crafted in an Action Plan to include carry over to the trainees' facilities, families and neighborhoods. An Individual Action Plan will be developed for integration into your site's existing support plan and Marketing ideas, materials and references will be provided for networking and business plan development.

Goal
Participants will leave feeling not only totally competent to implement every part of the program but will have the training skills and a powerpoint presentation which will enable them to be a trainer of trainers for social skills and anger/emotional management courses.

Technique
Participants, in cooperative learning groups, become students and experience the videos, role plays, scripted role plays, real life scripts, reinforcers, etc. Teachers really enjoy the process as they compete for Right Choices™ raffle tickets and start to realize how motivating reinforcers can be as prizes are given every 15 minutes. (The grand prize could be a FREE pass from the office staff who will substitute in the teacher's class for a day!) Call for upcoming training times and locations.

Cost for Dr. Ford to come to your site (for up to 50 trainees)
$2500.00 per day, plus expenses or $1250.00 per half-day, plus expenses. This fee includes customized training and consultations with the organizations regarding recommendations for integration of programs.

Worldview Foundation DONATIONS:
We are requesting donations of expertise and funds to enable us to provide high quality video-driven training programs which teach non-violent, character building social skills and emotional management. Training, in responsible alternatives to the negative modeling that is currently available in our communities around the world, is the focus. We are a secular board of directors with a mission to teach equity, fairness, responsibility and authentic personal power gained through pro-social skills and emotional management techniques. Our programs focus on mental and physical health while encouraging youth to take charge of their lives by facing who they are, what they want to become and making a commitment to do the necessary work to attain their goals.

Donation of Gripping Wake-up Call Interviews:
We are inviting personalities that are believable and possibly famous who would be willing to share how he/she has overcome life obstacles and transcended the limits of their experiences. Our current series includes many testimonials about life wake-up calls from real ex-convicts and ex-gang members as well as celebrities who have overcome impoverished backgrounds or difficult life experiences to become successful. We would appreciate donations of motivational stories to be integrated into the ongoing series of Tough Choices curricula.

Purpose: Inspirational and motivational video or film pieces that can be used in our school and agency programs and interventions. These donations of time or video footage will be used to enhance the program curricula.

We need monies to distribute the Tough Choices program to every community that is willing to participate as a community in short trainings and follow up evaluations.
